rented an SUV for the weekend and it was so freaking dirty. first thing I did was take it home and clean it. had red wax letters written on the driver side window. there was a spilled chocolate drink all over the console. I was shocked how dirty this thing was inside and out. besides the fact that I sat there for 2 hours before I could drive away with it

Terrible don’t go, you make a reservation get all the way there and they tell you they have no cars, after waiting for a hour
I arrived at the Burbank Hertz and was told they only had a pickup truck. I was told to drive an EV they loaned me to the north Hollywood location and swap it out for a sedan. They said they couldn’t give me any other car besides the truck because they were also reserved. This wasted over an hour of my time and I will be leaving detailed Google reviews for both locations for their poor service.
