Just had the displeasure dealing with the manager of this location by the name of Mike. Seriously lacking any form of customer etiquette or service. By far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had renting a car. Not only did I have to deal with a blatantly rude manager, who was completely accommodating or unwilling to even listen to my needs. No one answers the phone, so don’t bother calling. No eye contact or basic social skills, eg sorry for the wait I’ll be right with you, nothing. Waiting about 10 minutes so far and the only person working behind the counter walked off to take care of person ahead of me. He informed her that the tank of her car was empty - nice way to start off a rental- by having to get gas. Oh and it’s not clean. Can’t wait to see what I’m in for, if the guy ever returns.
Had a reservation, came directly from.the airport and was told the system was down and they couldn't rent me a car! They had no idea when the system would be back up. Went to Enterprise down the street where they took care of me right away. I have been a long time customer of Hertz but I will never use them again
