Been renting at this place for about four times already very useful staff very quick delivery. Most of the time there are no lines at all.

This place is terrible. I made a reservation, came in, and they refused to honor it. They offered me a more expensive car and said they would charge me more money. They do this to get more money from customers. I do not recommend coming here, especially dealing with the guy at the reservation desk who introduces himself as a manager — he is not a manager at all. He just sits there and blatantly lies. I have rented many times from this location. I have had very good experiences over a period of 1 year. The staff has been the best. Christian has always been professional & pleasant. Cars were limited one time, so I had to wait. Otherwise I find everything satisfactory. Look forward to doing more business with this hertz location when in Los Angeles again.
