I'm surprised by the overall ratings for this location. My reservation was ready. I was given a brand new car. I had a situation with a breakdown, and it was handled properly. I'm just a lucky person.
DO NOT deal with them if you looking to book the cargo van, they will make the reservation and you will never be able to call someone on that location and your reservation will be canceled in the day right before your pickup date. VERY BAD AND I DO NOT RECOMMED THEM AT ALL
I rented from this location multiple times now and have had great customer service along with good rentals each time. The staff is very accommodating.
