Fantastic customer service . Jackson is the best Sheridan location
Booked a rental car for a work trip 1 month in advance. Showed up 15 minutes before my appointment time and was told there are no cars and probably wouldn't be any for the rest of the day. Will never rent from here again.
Customer service was amazing, working with Jackson made our rental experience a really good one. Our vehicle was ready and parked in the front waiting for our arrival. We have rented with Hertz for many years and will continue to do so.
I rent from this Hertz often. Never any issues.
