Customer service was amazing, working with Jackson made our rental experience a really good one. Our vehicle was ready and parked in the front waiting for our arrival. We have rented with Hertz for many years and will continue to do so.

Very upset , rented before other locations but never was it this bad, let's start with I made a reservation days before to get there and there was nothing , someone pulled in as I was walking out and the Hertz rep guy told me well we got one, knowing I was in a jam, I pretty much had no choice to take it , as I was even charged more for something way lesser of a value at the end , not to mention the Kia was awful driving in the snow absolutely awful and so embarrassing, with also no tire thread to even take off at lights and... read more

The worst roadside assistance and car rental service I have ever experienced. I was left stranded on the side of a highway at 1:00 a.m., in freezing temperatures, after a Tesla rental provided by your company completely lost power—a mechanical failure that was not my fault. I paid for insurance. I did everything correctly. And yet I was abandoned. I waited over seven hours for roadside assistance.
