Took an hour and a half to get my "reservation".
It's a car rental place, and no complaints. And it's cheaper than the airport. But one suggestion I'd like to make, the people at the counter need to start putting phone calls on hold while they attend to people at the front desk. During both my pickup and drop-off, the agent stopped in the middle of conversations with people at the counter to answer the phone, and proceeded to complete an entire transaction with the caller before continuing with the person at the counter. Hertz-Charged my card $140 for a no call no show fee & I came & showed up already…… I told the worker to cancel it. & they still charged my card & when did hertz start charging a no call no show fee?? Either way yall are getting rid of them cars……smh, something to get more money from ppl smh Dollar-Careless worker, gave somebody else my car right in front of my face.
