The customer service experience is like no other.
We had reserved a car 6 months prior, but they had 'no available cars' when we arrived. But the employee told us he had called for a car, which came in about an hour. The employee was very nice, kept his cool, despite there being a lot of people basically walking in..it wasn't clear that they had reservations, either. One guy had been rearended in the rental car, so needed a new car. The vehicle was fine once it came, but hadn't been throughly cleaned and gas tank wasn't full. The customer service was AWESOME!! The car was nice and clean, the facility was clean and I didn't have a long wait.
Took an hour and a half to get my "reservation".
