Everything went smooth. Workers work great. Nice patient and explained everything so that I can understand. The vehicle was nice and clean. I had no issues with the car. Great experience! I love the fact that they were not as expensive as Enterprise. Transaction was smooth. I was able to pay online without having to come in or call on the phone. 10 out of 10 experience.

All the reviews saying they don’t answer their phones? Believe them. It will just ring and ring and ring. All I needed was a very simple question answered, but evidently this location doesn’t care.

Upon entering the downtown Buffalo location was terrible from the cleanliness to the poor customer service. They don’t even answer my he phones.
