Great and definitely patient staff! Prices are WAY too high $200 for a small car? Out of their minds!
The quality of their rentals have dropped so much over the years.
Both the pick-up and drop-off process went quickly and smoothly. The employee who checked me in and gave me the keys was very courteous and very pleasant. The car was in great shape -- clean both outside and inside. A different customer service representative checked me out, and he also was extremely professional. I highly recommend this Hertz location.
Once there the process was quick and the gentleman that helped me was courteous. They allowed me to leave the vehicle there and come back for it after a family event. The return process was easy as well.
Their vehicles are out dated and disgustingly dirty. The car smelt like throw up and cigarettes smoke. They NEVER answer the phone. I called for a week straight to ask a simple question. I had to drive up there. Once I walked in. I called. No phone rung in the building. So they have the ringer off. So don’t waste your time calling. The manager is a clown. I do not recommend this location.
