AVOID renting with them! Too many problems: 1. I waited for >1hour to get my car. 2. I booked gas car, but they gave me electric car without telling me. 3. The electric car has only 10% energy left, which makes it impossible for me to go to my appointment on time. 4. I was forced to pay extra for upgrade, more than double the price I booked. 5. When I return the car, they charged me for one extra day at >130USD, again without informing me of the reason! Crazy! will definitely avoid them in the future!
No one in the counter when I walked in. A voice came out from the back “I’ll be with you shortly”. After 5 minutes waiting, I had to ask “How long do I need to wait”, She rudely responded “I said I will be with you shortly”. She was in the back eating her lunch, strong food smelled. I left and have had insurance company to cancel the reservation. Can’t rent from Hertz anymore. Unbelievable unprofessional business service. She needs to be fired.
Great location, lots of vehicles to chose from, friendly customer service.
The attitude of the person who attended me was not very friendly.
