Very disappointed with my recent experience with Hertz. Despite having a full rental history with the company and being a long-standing customer — both personally and through our business, which spends a considerable amount with Hertz — I was denied a car hire simply because I did not have a physical hard copy of my driver’s licence. I did, however, provide a clear photocopy of my licence along with additional hard copy identification, which would have been more than sufficient to verify my identity and driving credentials. ... read more

Forget the other companies and rent from Hertz. It is not the cars that make the company - it is the people. I can tell you there is none better than IAN at the Broome Airport. I was in Broom when the cyclone wiped out the road to Port Hedland. I then had an appointment in Perth. Ian took personal interest in my problem of having to leave my rental car and fly to Perth. He resolved all my issues in a sincere professional manner. Ian is the type of employee that Hertz should be proud of as he inspires loyalty to the Brand. Yo... read more
