lack of clear communication
Huge line, insane wait time, only electric vehicles left despite making a reservation weeks in advance. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Ended up ditching the place and heading to Avis where cars were available and customer service existed!
No amount of words can describe how bad this company is. They are legitimately criminal and this location needs to be shut down. Reserved a car here. Got there, waited two hours, was going to miss my plans by am hour if I left by then (two hours late!), so I told them just to cancel it. Then had to wait on the phone for just under an hour to cancel the reservation. Multiple people there had to wait excess of three hours and were offered nothing.
