The worst experience of picking up a rental car
I cannot emphasize enough - do not rent from this location. Go to the airport. You will not get a vehicle - just check the other reviews. Staff is unhelpful and will not assist you or give you a straight answer. Worst experience by far that I’ve ever had w any car rental.
Not uncommon for their to be no cars even if you prepaid
I would give this 0 stars if i could. We made a reservation, waited in line for hours, just to be told there were no cars. An absolutely absurd nightmare experience. Do not go here, it’s a huge waste of time and money for literally nothing at the end of it
