staff is slow, and look like they clearly hate you AND their job. the cars great. the process of getting it? terrible. rentals should not take 45 minutes per person especially when every human being here rented and paid in full online
Rented from here twice now because I’m a Hertz President’s Circle. Won’t be renting from this location again. First time I waited almost 2hrs (Sunday, they only open at 1pm) past my pickup for a car. Lines were out the door and there was only 1 staff member (a second staff member sporadically) assisted. Drop off was easy. Second time— mid day on a Friday. Arrived 30 min early. The rental experience itself was fine here: easy check-in and drop-off, and the car was good and spanking clean. But I just discovered, much to my amazement, that I've been charged $200+ for use of their E-Z Pass tolling device, which I NEVER TOUCHED DURING THE TRIP AND NEVER OPENED. Despite having my own E-Z Pass in the window for every toll, this thing apparently overrode it, as my E-Z Pass account shows no recent activity.
