Do not use this location!! It was the WORST rental car customer experience I have ever had the displeasure of enduring. Rude, unhelpful, time wasting, inefficient and unnecessarily difficult …. and then the car smelt of stale smoke. YUCK!!
The city needs to shut this place down. They’re so bad at car returns that they block the whole entrance/exit to the grand army round about for hours (as I just experienced dropping my car off). If you’re ever stuck in inexplicable traffic around here, it’s good odds it’s because of this place. Close it down.
This place motivates us to buy a car. Unfriendly staff. Why working here if obviously you dint want to ? Not efficient. 30 minutes to pickup a car pre-booked and “supposed to be directly ready” Many staff, only 2 working…
Stay away! Thieves!! They said my card wouldn’t work and sent me home without any car and then proceeded to charge me full amount!!! I reached out and never got my money back
