Understaffed and inefficient. Took me 1.5 hrs to pick up a car and only had 5 reservations in front of me in line.
Worst experience at a rental place. I highly recommend not to use this service or this place. They are not accommodating at all.
I have never had such a horrible experience from someone. Quite possibly the rudest staff I have ever met. Stay far far away from this business.
