This was a terrible experience. First, I made a reservation for 8 am, but I did not receive the car until 9 am. I was also forced to pay extra for the vehicle. On top of that, I had to wait outside in the cold for 10 minutes before I was even allowed to enter the building. I have used your service before, but this experience was unacceptable.
Took the managers choice by mistake. They gave me an EV that had no more than 170 mile range, and takes more than 2 hours to charge back to 80% with a super fast charger. Had to stop twice on our 5 hour drive for 3 hours!! Don't make the same mistake.
This place sucks. Our van was caked with dirt. They said they don't have the resources to clean the outside of the cars. Very interesting piece of the business to opt out of given the rates you charge per day. I showed up at 12:30 to beat our 1pm deadline for drop off, but the location doesn't open until 1 on Sunday, so I guess the assumption is you will arrive at exactly 1pm?
