Place sucks the two women their are very hostile it was like asking them to rent their personal vehicle. They look at you head to toe then it seems that's how they will treat you. I came threw a car theft then needed it longer till u found a vehicle. They charge my insurance after the time period of my carrier being responsible and also my debit card as well, then after returning the vehicle in JFK because this location is always closed somebody charged my card 1,600$ I'm fighting now for my money back worst experience ever ... read more

Even though the customer service was ok the situation in all was HORRIBLE!!! They have one young lady working by herself and you can tell she needs help. I reserved a a full size car. When I got there and mentioned to her that I wanted to down size to a economy size, she said that she was going to actually put me in a smaller car, but was going to have to still pay the full price. And to add injury to insult, they didn't have any gas cars, only electrical cars, and done have gas cars anymore. And to rent the electrical cars ... read more
