This place is HORRIBLE. You will be treated as if you owe them a favor and that you should be happy they're allowing you to rent a car from them. Steven is a real gem. If you're unfortunate enough to be "helped" by him, you won't be acknowledged or given the opportunity to ask a question. Unprofessional is an understatement; I will never rent another car from this location. It's a shame Hertz corporate isn't making sure this place is being run better. Disgusting And ugly costumer service they r hatters go rather to other hertz locations farther but not to this one I know a lot of people that had issues with them

They have Nasty people working there they need to close down asap look on their reviews not one good I personal had a bad experience with them I recommend all my friends and followers not again not to go there

This hertz doesn’t exist. We were able to select this location as a drop off on the hertz website but when we arrived there was no signage or booth or anything related to hertz. The photos from other reviewers show a hertz sign on the garage entrance that is no longer there.

I arrived to drop off my rental at 9am, there is no sign, the garage attendant said there was no one in the office , I sat there for a half hour trying to call them and no one answered. Eventually had to call Hertz support and change my drop off location which cost me an extra $15. They really gotta get their stuff together at this location
