SCAM ALERT!!! Be careful they tried scamming me with extra charges!!!! They purposely over book and say they have cars available and when you go there they actually have no cars. If you cancel because of no cars available they will secretly charge your card a small amount (About $25) of money even though they say you wont be charged anything. Im sure Im not the only one. Went in past pick up time due to delay at home and upon arrival there were no cars available due to increased needs from floods. Christian got us into a vehicle despite shortage of vehicles and computer system shutting down. The staff here remained positive and professional during this frustrating time with a long line of customers. The entire staff needs a raise. I would use Hertz rentals again based off this experience alone. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Hertz, especially with this branch due to the help provided by the person who attended my request - Kayla. I booked a mid-size car in August, but I had some billing issues due to my cards not working. And I had to cancel my request, go for a new booking due to dynamic price change helping me save some bucks. Kayla very patiently addressed all my concerns, though she had to go for this son's football match. I called this location to confirm my reservation before leaving and they said I was put on a waiting list and they called me to tell me this the same morning of rental. I never got any calls or email about this “waiting list”. They didn’t had any cars available and they said I will have to wait till a car comes in and it might take some hours.
