Waited 45 mins for a female worker to tell us you can’t book same day either debit card. She was rude and not accommodating !! Won’t be back
I called this location to confirm my reservation before leaving and they said I was put on a waiting list and they called me to tell me this the same morning of rental. I never got any calls or email about this “waiting list”. They didn’t had any cars available and they said I will have to wait till a car comes in and it might take some hours. Horrible. They didnt have the car I reserved so I had no choice but to pay extra "per day" for an upgrade which I did not plan to do because my reservation was a deal at the time. The estimated price and final price is crazy different with all the random fees. And they charged me an extra fee because I changed the rental return date called "rental return change fee", I have never been charged that at Enterprise when I extended the rental. I'll never rent from hertz again.
I've attempted to use other locations from Hertz, and had issues when it came to the actual pick up of the vehicle. Our insurance set us up with this location and I was pleasantly surprised. Very nice staff, the car was clean and in good condition, fast service. If you have to rent a car from Hertz go here! Some of the other locations are really terrible but the staff here was great!
Horrible service. Agent was uninformed and seemed to not care about his job at all. Getting answers to basic questions was a terrible experience. Got hung up on. Too many other options to be this bad at your job. Waste of time so went with another company and never using Hertz again.
