We never have issues renting from this location. My fiance always rent long term. Always in and out. Great staff.
Booked a rental online and when I arrived they stated they had no vehicles available. A few days later I had a charge on my credit card from Hertz. They charged me even though I never rented. When attempting to call and resolve the issue they had a BS AI rep that couldn’t resolve the issue and a long wait to speak to a live representative. Avoid this business at all costs, they are nothing but scammers.
Stick with Enterprise Rented a vehicle over 2 weeks in advanced for a 12 day roadtrip and paid extra for a full size SUV (Chevy Tahoe, Ford Expedition), the day of they didn’t have one available and downsized me to a minivan. Since I couldn’t prove that the minivan would have cost less and if I were to rent the minivan the same day it would’ve cost more, they didn’t offer any discount since the manager wasn’t available. Worst rental experience I have ever had. Staff sits around and doesn't have cars cleaned and ready to go. Manager says I'll be right back, I just have to take a few pictures and pull car around. Instead she has to vacuum and prepare the vehicle from the previous rental. Meanwhile you are staring out the window for 20 minutes wondering where on earth she is pulling the car around from and why it is taking so long.
