On Wednesday afternoon my son and I attended the office in Argent st, even though it was after hours the owner wad still there and opened up to help us out. A few hours earlier we had hit a kangaroo which put my sons car off the road. The man went above and beyond to get us on the road. Highly recommend Hertz, I wouldn't go to the opposition, they seem to be all about money.
Andrew provided excellent service. We needed a car at the last minute and Andrew picked us up at our accomodation and we had a duel cab Ute in halt an hour with no prior booking. Would definitely recommend Hertz Broken Hill if Andrew is around.
