On Wednesday afternoon my son and I attended the office in Argent st, even though it was after hours the owner wad still there and opened up to help us out. A few hours earlier we had hit a kangaroo which put my sons car off the road. The man went above and beyond to get us on the road. Highly recommend Hertz, I wouldn't go to the opposition, they seem to be all about money.
Andrew provided excellent service. We needed a car at the last minute and Andrew picked us up at our accomodation and we had a duel cab Ute in halt an hour with no prior booking. Would definitely recommend Hertz Broken Hill if Andrew is around.
Great service. Andrew was great and extremely accommodating. Will definitely return for my next car hire.
Guy was a touch late for the 9.00am pick up. Friendly and helpful. Car was clean etc. Booked a standard size Camry, received a Nissan Qashqi which was a bit small/tight.
