This location has the best staff I’ve came across for a rental vehicle. Everyone was laughing and having a good time. Made it very comfortable to be there. Very professional but also fun. I won’t go to a different location ever again. Thank you!
1 star is generous. Rented a larger vehicle because last time a jeep compass was too small. Get there and shocker they have another jeep compass for my family of 4 and all our bags. I was told they don’t use the same lingo as what is listed on AAA site. Yet when I go to the site a smaller car is actually listed with jeep compass on it. I let them know I couldn’t take the car because it was way too small for us per our discussion with them last time. Made reservations online with my debit card just to find out later right before pick up that they do not accept debit cards, credit cards only.
Robert was 100% fantastic today and very professional. I look forward to my next experience here because of the manager.
