No onsite parking, which is not mentioned on their website for advance awareness. I’d imagine most people do not have time or ability to unexpectedly manage around this when they find out at the last minute.
Rented a vehicle and was scheduled to pickup at noon. No vehicle at time of pickup. They said they would call upon vehicle arrival from airport. Nobody ever called. I called the next day and they said they never received the vehicle. How can you do business like that. Your reviews reflect this. Horrible business!
I don't relish having to write a bad review. Unfortunately, I had an embarrassing experience at this rental agency. The employee instructed me that they don't offer on-site parking and I'd have to park my personal vehicle at the park-n-ride. I left the office after completing the rental agreement and it dawned on me how late I was. This wasn't for vacation. It was for my new job. I rented an SUV from Hertz in Brighton. At first, I was very happy. The 2nd day of our trip the car would no longer connect to my phone. Our way home the forward collision sensor stopped working. Upon returning the rental, 2 separate employees scrutinized the vehicle. I was NOT allowed to be by the vehicle when they were looking at it. The 1st employee said nothing.
