Guy that works at the front desk is very rude. Ego meniacal wouldn’t accept temp license or explain that a passport would also work with it. I asked if he’s alright, and he asked if I was. I asked for a Toyota. There were plenty in the lot. But he insisted on me taking the Nissan. Overall. If you want to interact with a complete jerk. Go here.

Worked with Lucas really great experience car was pulled up Paperwork was minimal and fast there was no upselling only explanation of benefits, which I did end up going with! And glad I did!

Best rental office in the area. I rent often for work and occasionally for myself and this location has hands down been the best experience. Lucas (I think?) is super helpful, informative and efficient. I'll definitely rent here again.

2025 Update: 5 car rentals through Enterprise Car Rental since my attempt to go through Hertz. Hertz: that $72 fee you collected - you know where to put it now.. Would give zero stars if I could. Called the store to cancel my reservation only to find out the store actually doesn’t manage reservations. Online reservation has resulted in $72 “no show” fee.. I guess even after $168 million dollar lawsuit, hertz is finding new and creative ways to screw their customers. Stay away!

The staff is great here! I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the man who is always working! I don’t recall his name but I picked up a car today 2/7/25 at 10AM!!! I want the owners to know even though I don’t know his name that’s who I’ve always dealt with! He has been at that location for 4 years and the company 6! He is the biggest asset as far as employees there! I’m not talking badly about anyone there! All staff is responsible, respectful and friendly
