By far the worst experience I have ever had renting a vehicle. The Hertz male bearded, behind counter customer service representative was smug, condescending and flat out lied to me regarding the fuel charges. I highly recommend using other car rental options in the greater Brighton Mich area. Mike Mc
I don't relish having to write a bad review. Unfortunately, I had a humiliating experience at this rental agency. The employee instructed me that they don't offer on-site parking and I'd have to park my personal vehicle at the park-n-ride. I left the office after completing the rental agreement and it dawned on me how late I was. This wasn't for vacation. It was for my new job.
