They won’t let you park on site or pick you up. Staff is rude and condescending.
Great customer service right from the start! Lucas called me to tell me I had mistakenly made two reservations, and I appreciated that. Lucas was so nice, and easy to deal with, and rented me a low-mileage, clean car (Kia Soul) that was fun to drive. I have rented cars in the Brighton/Howell area, and this was my best experience yet. Hassle-free. Props to Lucas (and Robin!)--if I ever need to rent again, I'll do it here!
robin should work as a detective instead of a manager at hertz. His attitude is fitting with the role. Within 2 minutes of me asking questions about a model/year car I was going to rent he starts accusing me I might steal the car LOL!! I literally almost laughed. This guy should not be working with customers, he’s so paranoid about nothing. I literally asked the model and year and that’s it lol.
