Every Single Time I try to book a car with Hertz through Delta, you get to check out and the car just happened to have a price increase. So I exit out and book through Someone Else. Then I book through someone else for my other 35 Sales reps that I'm booking for. Just in the last month Hertz has lost 140 rentals from our corporation. Get your act together!
Overall I had a great experience, but just want people to be aware of a few things before renting here. It is not an actual Hertz location, and it is a franchise, so they don't recognize status, any discounts you normally get and it is more expense that it would be from a normal Hertz location. I got a flat tire that could not be repaired in Idaho Falls, and they wanted me to drive all the way home on the undersized spare "donut" tire.
