This place is terrible. Apathetic and rude customer service. I'm surprised this place is still in business. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I believe there is an Enterprise in the area. Will definitely use Enterprise next time. Would never recommend Hertz.
Very organized, great customer service, quick and easy rental. I picked up two hours early and when I returned she offered us a brand new squishy ball from her personal stash. Quality staff. Will be back.
This Hertz in Brentwood is the absolute worst and I am in disbelief at how incredibly rude and deceptive the person working there was. I placed an online reservation for an automatic car that seated 4 people, and they gave me a small sedan. The man at the front desk then told me that this sedan was an upgrade and I would be charged more for this. The team led by Phillip at Hertz-Brentwood goes above and beyond to ensure a high level of service. Hertz is still the top-off-the-line in rental companies. Vehicles are always clean and in good repair. Suggestion to book your rental in the morning, or late afternoon as they close for lunch and can be busy when they reopen.
