I will never rent from Hertz again. The company as a whole is horrible. We had mechanical issues with the car we rented. Roadside told us to go to the Airport where we were to exchange the car. They exchanged the car and it was never discussed that we needed to pay more. They said that was the only car available to return to Brentwood and in the size we needed. I recently rented a vehicle from Hertz in Brentwood and I had such a great experience thanks to Heather. From the start, she was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. We ran into an issue with our first vehicle because our car seats didn’t fit properly. I called the location, and Heather immediately took care of everything—she had us come back in and quickly switched out the vehicle with absolutely no hassle.
