Phillip is the reason we always come back to this location! The day after Christmas was one of the busiest times and it was impossible to find a rental anywhere.. I had a reservation but hertz put me on a waitlist till a car was available. There were 4 people on the waitlist ahead of me and we were all waiting with no cars but Phillip did everything in his power to run the front, get returns, manage the waitlist and take care of a line of ten people on his own!! Horrible service and policy. They close the whole store for lunch which is ridiculous in 2025! They require a $500 deposit on a $200 BASIC rental. I would give 0 Stars but Google doesn't allow. And dear Hertz I'm not interested in a fake apology on this app. If you want to make real changes change your policy and stop inconveniencing your customers by closing your entire store for lunch.

Had to extend our rental days, additional days cost us a little more per day because of extending from original contract. Kind of a surprise but not that big of a deal, just be aware contract will change. Nice, clean car and staff was very friendly and helpful. All I all, good experience.

Had a rental here then they started adding up a bunch of fees they didn't state. I had to cancel it won't rent from them again these are shady business models.

First off I had to wait 5 days before I got a rental. Then when I returned the car they took 726.00 out of my bank account because they said it smelled like smoke and I don't smoke. They didn't tell me they just took it out of my account. What a scam. The staff was rude. I will never go back again
