This is a Hertz franchise, and provided the worst car and rental experience I've ever had with Hertz or anyone else. Car was horrible, and then when I proactively tried to report all of the issues, basically said they would look at it, but that it is "usually user error", like I was some idiot. Don't trust my opinion, go out and read all of the horrible reviews that have been left, and find another rental elsewhere!
