The kindest man named Jason at this branch did everything possible to get us a rental car to take home from boulder to NJ. After two prior rental companies failed us, Jason helped us get the win we needed with positive energy and attitude. We totally recommend this place if you’re looking for a rental car.
The customer service at this location is just plain bad. I rented a truck and showed up about 25 min after the expected rental time and it still needed to be cleaned. On drop off the agent checked the truck in an hour after I returned it and I was charged an extra hour for the rental. When I contacted this location they said they would take care of it and I’d get a new receipt. This never occurred.
I’ve had mixed experiences here, but I’m writing to say that Yasmin is the MVP—every time the Hertz online system or other representatives messed things up (which happened unfortunately three times during our rental), Yasmin made things right. When someone else assured me they had a car for my reservation that did not actually exist, Yasmin went out of her way to help us out and patch together a solution. She is the best. But for Yasmin, this would have been a two-star review.
