Yasmin was amazing! I needed a last minute rental due to family emergency. She was able to secure a vehicle quickly and made the entire rental process seamless. Excellent customer service! Professional interaction. Thank you ! Highly recommend.
Today they made my lose my respect to Hertz because of their neglecting and getting extra 200 charge and first time seeing vehicles been in trash given to customer to rent and customer service desk with. Disrespectful chewing gum in your face with out completing your business bouncing to other customer and gose for dropping off i spend 1 hour to get my receipt not worth it to go there
Rudy and Yasmine are amazing. They treated us with so much respect. From here on out this is the place we will be renting from from here on out. We thank both of you.
