Great front desk service. Best ever at any in town Hertz I've been to.
Pleasant and understanding. I was rushing to drop off my rental, with 5 minutes left to spare before they were due to close, so I skipped on filling the gas tank. The gentleman at the counter stated he had work to finish up, and allowed me to run out to quickly fill up. Thank you!
Very grateful for the team at Hertz Boulder! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They helped me work out some issues I was having online with extending my rental and made sure to fix the discrepancy. I will be using Hertz Boulder for the foreseeable future thanks to the two women at the front desk. Many Thanks!!!
