Everything went well, up until I was charged over $100 for fuel when I filled up the tank, (and kept the receipt thankfully), just 1 mile away (verified thru mapquest). I should do a charge back with my VISA. Honestly, par foe the course. You cant get honest service anywhere. Everything and everyone is a scam. Luckily, I have plenty of cash, but what about folks who are scraping by? You could have just destroyed someone's weekly groceries. No remorse im sure. Everyone was great and took really good care of me at the Boulder office. The car they gave me worked great on a roadtrip and I had no issues. It was a very good experience
