This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I got charged a late fee even though I returned the car on time to an employee! I tried to call and correct it and it’s impossible to get through to speak to a representative. I tried their chat feature and their suggestion is to call the store. So incredibly frustrating. I’ll never use this company again
Very disappointing experience. I strongly recommend that tourists, especially those traveling from overseas, pay close attention when booking with Hertz. Despite charging very high prices, the quality of the vehicles does not match the premium rates. I expected a much better standard, but the car I received was well below expectations. International travelers who pay these prices deserve clean, well-maintained, and reliable vehicles. At the moment, the value for money is simply not there.
A bit of a wait to return the car, but overall it went smoothly. The lady who assisted me at the counter was very understanding that I had run a little late with the return due to traffic and helped me avoid a late fee.
One guy to check in 10 people. Plan on a half day to get your car.
The best experience with a Hertz in the Boston area. The staff was extremely professional.
