Terrible Staff!! Unpolite, lazy and poorly trained to treat clients. The manager, Igor, is conniving with these practices. I have never been so mistreated at Hertz in my 28 years as Gold customer.
People’s patience level this day is lowest to the low. You have to understand that all car agencies other than the airport locations will always have inventory issues. And all the anger went towards the agents who have been trying their best to assist. My experience with this location has been nothing but great. Nicole who did her best to find us a car was so sweet and nice. Kudos to her and Igor (I believe). Advice to people: you either make a reservation early or you have a back up plan. Be kind.
Decent prices, our representative was overall helpful and nice. But when asked to use a restroom answer was no! So I guess they themselves use buckets. You would think if you’re renting a car from them, they would allow you. Especially allow people who may have traveled all day to get to this rental.
You get a car, it drives, you bring it back. No bells and whistles here. Office seems understaffed based on the waits encountered, and the car wasn’t in great shape when I picked up. Windows and trims inside were smeared (haphazardly cleaned) and one tire had low pressure. Reserved a car but got there and they said they were out of cars. Then had to get a car from the airport for extra $80.
