Stay Away. Scammy Company. They waited to file my car return by at least 3 hours late causing a second day to be charged to me although car was returned 90 min early. It took at least 90 min of my time to rectify this ridiculously bad service. Workers are sassy, and not at all nice to customers Avoid like Bubonic Plague
No real complaints - car was great, price was okay - although the guy on the desk was pretty rude. I held up my phone so he could see my reservation and he literally shoved it out the way without saying a word. He was also unable to register my booking for Cathay Asia Miles, which was one of the reasons I chose Hertz in the first place. His younger female colleague seemed very nice though - try to get served by her instead!
Super easy & friendly location. As simple as picking up at the airport! Nice vehicle too.
Accepted reservation same day from the Hertz website, showed up, they’re out. Have to reserve 24 hours in advance
I have been using Hertz for 50 years. Great cars and great service. Staff are helpful and take care to ensure the service is just right. I’ll be back!!
