Never answered the phone
Atrocious customer service. Secured a rental through my insurance company and was told I needed to call someone at the location to confirm details about my rental. I called nearly 10 times over the course of an hour and not once did somebody pick up. I needed a car that day, had to go through the process of changing who I was renting with. Do NOT use this location. I’ve had experience with them in the past before too and they are thoroughly unpleasant to work with in person.
Went there today to pick up a rental I had reserved by my insurance only to discover this place is a vacant building. Walked all that way for nothing! This listing obviously needs to be updated....
They claimed they couldn't find our reservation because they system has been messed up. The rental we reserved was sitting there bit they were saving it for someone else. On top of that they wouldn't put us in anything else which messed up our whole trip.
Made a reservation online. Went to location to ask about required documentation that might be needed only to find out there would be an additional fee that was not posted on the website. Never even talked to anyone after waiting 15 minutes at the front counter. Few signs were posted on the counter. Cancelled my reservation and didn’t even receive the amount back it stated I would.
