Poor experience at this location, good service over the phone. Hertz needs to do more to empower their employees to handle matters rather than sheepishly pass them off to customer service.
The man at the counter was more than helpful and had great customer service. Very impressed with the service. Rentals are a bit expensive but they are everywhere.
We missed our flight and in a panic tried to figure out our options. The best was to get a rental car to Detroit but no one had any. Seeing our panic, Becca at Hertz (or Becky I’m so sorry I can’t remember) worked some magic and somehow was able to get us a car so we could make a flight in Detroit. Her efforts were above and beyond and appreciated SO much. Thank you!!
