They charged us 200 for a wash then when called said it was pet hair they had to vacuum the car but we detailed the car before we took it back won’t rent from them again go else where. Second time for false charges.
I would give Hertz zero star if possible. Their website will change your selected reservation once all is completed. It's 2025 and they operate like 2005.
We booked a rental here, April 16th at the Flint Hertz location And Bishop Airport soon as we got in the car, we noticed there were ashes and an odor that smelled like smoke. We took pictures and videos. And they said we couldn’t get another car so we had to use that one mind you it wasn’t even the car that I rented And it had mud thick mud on the running boards of the truckso we brought it back on the 18th And they told us that it smelled like smoke and had ashes like we didn’t just tell them so they charge our card $800.
