We booked a rental here, April 16th at the Flint Hertz location And Bishop Airport soon as we got in the car, we noticed there were ashes and an odor that smelled like smoke. We took pictures and videos. And they said we couldn’t get another car so we had to use that one mind you it wasn’t even the car that I rented And it had mud thick mud on the running boards of the truckso we brought it back on the 18th And they told us that it smelled like smoke and had ashes like we didn’t just tell them so they charge our card $800. Great experience and employees
My flight was delayed in Chicago last Saturday, I called Hertz Flint to let them know. They informed me they closed at 4:30. Do I asked them to cancel and refund me, they informed me they do not refund due to my flight not being attached to my rental. I had get another rental. I have contacted my credit card bank to have them dispute the charge. This was not my fault and not a practice for a rental company to use. Very disappointed and will let people know not to use Hertz for their car rental needs in Flint.
Fast service
I set up a rental through an insurance claim online due to a deer hitting my car. Hurts called me to confirm, said that they would deliver the car to my home this morning. They never showed, so I called to see what was going on. Lucky me got to speak with Becky.... Becky was rude AF right out the gate for zero reason. Told me she didn't know why they told me that, they don't deliver.
