Just realized that they charged me $25 per day for underage charges. When they definitely see my driving license stated I am more than 30 years old. Also the staffs there are quite rude and unfriendly with international student like me. I have been submitted the complain through the apps, but no response.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with a Hertz representative named Chris over the phone. His tone throughout the call was dismissive and unprofessional, showing little interest in actually helping me with my concern. Instead of providing clear answers or courteous assistance, he made the interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. Got a car yesterday car is squeaky while driving. The manager(some lady) pretty much gave me a couple options and doesn’t even have a car for me trade. I asked for her manager. She doesn’t want to give out that information. She proceeds to hang up the phone and has stopped answering the phone. I can’t even get a hold of the hertz that I got the rental through. The staff were really kind and professional here. I had forgotten to fill up the tank and they let me go do it even though I was a few minutes past the return time.
