Car was dirty outside when I picked up and filthy inside. A family member forgot an item inside the car and it could not be recovered, I assume if the cars are not cleaned there's no way for them to notice anything left behind. Gave Hertz a try after many years and only remember why I stopped using their services long time ago. Not using again.

Had good experience renting with them. The manager is really cool. Very calm polite and very welcoming. I would highly recommend this location.

Went to bentonville Enterprise and even though I arrange the Car rental a month prior they had no cars for me. I immediately tried Hertz and they set me up right away. Were very friendly and very easy to work with. I will definitely be back.

The people working in the office really don’t want to be here…both individuals I dealt with acted like I was troubling them by coming in. Definitely not a customer first company!

Chris the manager was cold, rude, arrogant and unhelpful. Poor communication then they said it's our fault we weren't paying attention. Didn't listen, no compassion for the problems we were caused by their unprofessional handling of the situation. I asked to speak with her boss and she refused.
