Chris the manager was cold, rude, arrogant and unhelpful. Poor communication then they said it's our fault we weren't paying attention. Didn't listen, no compassion for the problems we were caused by their unprofessional handling of the situation. I asked to speak with her boss and she refused.
Customer service number is worthless. Robot drags you through several minutes of option and repeating itself with irrelevant nonsense, finally tells you it is transferring to a human - then the robot comes back to say the offices are currently closed. Could have done that at the beginning of the call. Never again - switching to Avis.
Yikes will stick with enterprise. Clearly Kris works on commission to force adding on insurance. Ridiculous amount of holds and fees + forced insurance.
