Yikes will stick with enterprise. Clearly Kris works on commission to force adding on insurance. Ridiculous amount of holds and fees + forced insurance.
The vehicles were great. Got friendly service from the young one. The older one wearing Librarian glass was rude.
Intentionally overcharged by the manager! Like others said below, the Manager is one of the rudest, least professional individuals I have ever met. When confronted about the overcharge, she acknowledged it and refused to do anything about it. Beware!
The lady at the counter has 0 manners and is extremely unhelpful. She should be fired for being so unprofessional. Do not rent through here
