Phone number doesn’t work it’s telling me about hotels and very unprofessional. Do not go here my car also got hit in the parking lot and I was not informed until days later when I came to bring back the rental. Trash.
Do not go here the local number won’t pick up the phone I had to call corporate just confirm my reservation I’m two days and they tell me over the phone the I want is not available bs company
Disappointed there is no overnight drop off and I only learned after return that I was charged twice for car rental coverage, sad!
Place is a joke. Tried to charge me an extra day due to this location was close for a holiday. Called the main hertz support and told them I have proof of photos with timestamps I tried to return it on time and with signs they had posted. Long story short they are refunding me & said location shouldn’t have changed due to something I couldn’t control. Recommend staying away from this hertz. Will never deal with them again. Also they open at 8am & show up late to open poorly Managed..
