This is the worst rental car location I have EVER used. Picked up a car covered by insurance and took over an hour for pickup, couldn’t provide proper car size, sure that happens often when renting. Upon return they said we shouldn’t owe anything because it was covered under the insurance claim, but we owed $60 because they put the rental in wrong. They told us our only option was to take it up with Hertz online customer service even though it was their mistake. Wish I could give zero stars.
