Ugh
I came home to a burglary in progress. A car was in the driveway. The police said it was a Hertz rental. The detective has been out, so I called Hertz. They would not give information nor take any information. They would not give me anyone within Hertz to call. Thomas at Hertz did tell me that if the police called, they would experience the same hold time that I just did (30 minutes). Police don't have time for that. Hertz is protecting criminals and criminal activity.
