If I could rate 0 stars I would. My mom came in here two different times trying to rent a car and each time they had her jump through hoops. First time they said they couldn’t take a debit card without 24 hours notice, then the next day it’s that they need a $500 deposit first. Both times she asked what all was needed and neither of those things was mentioned in writing or verbally. You are better off going through a different company, this place is a joke. Phone number doesn’t work it’s telling me about hotels and very unprofessional. Do not go here my car also got hit in the parking lot and I was not informed until days later when I came to bring back the rental. Trash.
Do not go here the local number won’t pick up the phone I had to call corporate just confirm my reservation I’m two days and they tell me over the phone the I want is not available bs company
Disappointed there is no overnight drop off and I only learned after return that I was charged twice for car rental coverage, sad!
