Shitty company right here to use a rental from charge my debit card for no reason do not use them
I Love this Rental location the Customer Service and conversation from Tiffany , Londa and Other Representative is Amazing We Are Always Greeted with a Warm Smile and Recognized As Gold Members. Our Vehicle Is always Ready upon arrival and Mrs. Tiffany always make sure we're happy with the vehicle selection.The pickup and return process is always quick and convenient at this location. We rented a vehicle for our trip it was gorgeous but had some issues like maintenance wasn't done had a low tire and smelled of cigarettes to the point my child complained and I had to get air fresheners it also wasn't cleaned. While waiting a employee whos vehicle was parked in front of the building smelled like a dispensary which I get it's Beaumont but that's super unprofessional.
