I am not sure what the low rating is all about! Jeff and his team were fast and professional, it took less then 15 mins to complete the whole transaction! If you travel out of the Beaufort area and don’t know use these guys to rent cars or vans...your not as smart as you think you are!
Great Experience
Still waiting on a call for that reservation I made, over a week ago, when you sent me away and said "sorry we dont have cars I'll call you when I get one down here" "you made a reservation over the weekend I dont know what to tell you." I really can't control when people pass away and I need to go halfway across the country, very unprofessional, Horrible customer service. I'd walk before I ever tried hertz again, disgusting.
Had a rental through hertz while my truck was getting fixed from an accident. Fully covered by other party insurance. Got a letter in the mail months later saying I owe them 500 dollars and 10 days to pay it or it’s going to collections. Cannot get anyone on the phone to discuss why! The WORST place to ever get a rental.
I love renting cars from this Hertz location. Jeff the manager is very timely and professional!
