Rare for me to leave a non-stellar review, but Hertz on Florida earned it. Made a reservation online and they were unable to fulfill it, this is annoying and a larger issue with Hertz/Expedia but I do get it. This is the condensed version of what happened next: The woman here, appears to be the manager, kept her FaceTime call on throughout our interaction. They overcharged me after telling me I wouldn't have to pay for a service that they neglected to provide
Hertz is running a straight‑up bait‑and‑switch scam, and I’m done giving them the benefit of the doubt. If you value your money, your time, or your sanity, do not book with Hertz. I booked through CheapTickets for $34.58, clearly labeled as “all mandatory taxes and fees included.” Sounds simple, right? Wrong.
