They tryed to upsell me another vehicle. They did not honered the reservation that I did, and then they couldn't even help to cancel the reservation. I also asked to be redirected to another location (so my resevation could be honored) they just gave me a phone number and nobody answer... Such a waste of my time

I am extremely disappointed with this Hertz location. For the past month, I made a reservation only to receive a call from an employee informing me that there were no vehicles available. If there are no cars to rent, why are reservations being accepted in the first place? If I canceled on them it would be a fee. A reservation should mean a vehicle is being held or that inventory is being managed responsibly not that customers are left scrambling at the last minute. It's okay. The car wasn't the cleanest and not a very wide selection
Rare for me to leave a non-stellar review, but Hertz on Florida earned it. Made a reservation online and they were unable to fulfill it, this is annoying and a larger issue with Hertz/Expedia but I do get it. This is the condensed version of what happened next: The woman here, appears to be the manager, kept her FaceTime call on throughout our interaction.
