Not sure how hertz can read all these reviews and not have a change in management. Was scheduled to pick a car up at 9, got there around 850. There were four people already sitting and waiting. The person at the front desk was helping someone, stepped outside and I never saw her again. For the next hour there was a series of employees who walked from around the back, looked around, maybe made a call and then went back to the back. The entire time I nor anyone else was seen. It should not be if you have a license from another state , you shouldn't matter you should still be able to get help to get a car as long as you have a vallet driver license. Make things difficult these days for people
I had a paid Reservation through Expedia, talked to the Hertz office, confirmed my Reservation, received daily emails, was informed by Hertz 6868 Florida Blvd to be there before 5pm because she would be closed, made it there, stood in line, watched her hold a casual conversation with a client with 5 customers waiting, locked the door at 4:50 to inform me that she had NO cars.
