One of the most horrific experiences I’ve ever had when dealing with a business. Not only did I encounter nasty, disgruntled staff, I felt it was racially motivated, and I don’t say that without realizing the gravity of an accusation such as that. Very helpful and efficient.
Let me start off by saying that this place is very unprofessional, first they put me in a jeep compass that smelt like someone just smoked a cigarette in the car, then when I get home to pack for my trip I noticed that the car needed an oil change @14,500 miles and the car was @19,800 miles but I just figured they left the sticker on. We get about Half way to Huston and the car shuts down on the interstate so we had to stop at the location in Baytown, then they swapped us out in the same vehicle, On the way out of Houston co... read more
None of these vehicles that are advertised are ever available. When I arrived they gave me a vehicle that hasn’t been clean and still had mud on both sides of the car and had a very bad odor
