I have been very disappointed, especially since my last experience with Hertz. The first time I rented from Hertz, I dealt with a manager last year who was respectful, polite, and kind. However, that manager is no longer there, and this year has been the worst experience. Erika at the front desk is understanding; she did assist me by calling other locations when they didn’t have a car.
