Absolutely horrible service. They were supposed to provide transport for the rental today and just never showed up. WAITED 6 HOURS. They refuse to answer the phone and hang up on me when they do. They cancelled the rental hours after they were supposed to deliver it without notice. Manager was completely unhelpful as well.
I had a confirmed reservation with Hertz for a vehicle to accommodate my family vacation, complete with a confirmation number. On the morning of our trip, Hertz called to cancel my reservation with no comparable solution or advance notice. This left 12 passengers without transportation just hours before we were supposed to leave. It was incredibly stressful and completely unacceptable.
