This location is HORRIBLE! Yvette has THE WORST attitude. Save yourself the trip! I reserved a rental weeks before my pickup day and still left without a rental. The car I reserved was no longer available (which was completely fine) but Yvette offered no solution and was very unapologetic. I completely walked out. She was VERY rude and I refuse to deal with that type of customer service.
10/10 experience!! I was super nervous because of the reviews on this location however, we had no issues at all! My boyfriend and I went to visit my mom in Missouri and rented the car for a week. No issues , no random charges , and the staff was excellent and very knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely recommend , and it was our first time renting a car
Don’t listen to what people are saying. I almost didn’t go and was treated so nice. Both ladies are excellent. Just call or ask question before you come. It was the smoothest process I have ever went through with rentals. Thanks Angelle and Yvette
Yvette and Angelle at the Airline/Sherwood location were extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to accommodate. Easy in and out and they even took me to and from the body shop People do not understand that rental car companies have other customers and have to be PATIENT. These employees are not miracle workers and can only do their best. If a customer has an attitude with employees there is a chance they will get put to the back of the line.
