Bad experience No drop off. Closed office a year earlier Had to call Aaa to retrieve 🚗

Terrible place. I put in my reservation and go there to pick up my vehicle and no one is there. Call the number, and no one answers. Call customer service only to be put on hold for extended periods of time. Nothing was resolved. Terrible customer service, lackadaisical attitude toward customers time, completely disregarded. DO NOT RENT HERE.
Do not rent from here!! Just don’t do it. Had my reservation for a month, received multiple confirmations and reminders. When I showed up to pick up the car, the desk was closed with a sign taped to it saying they were closed and sorry for any inconvenience. We had to call Hertz and speak with customer service and had to drive all the way to Austin to get a replacement rental after over an hr of negotiations.
