Great company. Always have a great experience renting from Hertz.
Had a remarkably good experience renting from Hertz. No long lines or hard-sell on options, etc. Just basically told where to find the car and that the keys would be in it. Returning the car was the same. Park it and take the keys to the counter. No line. No fuss. I normally rent with Enterprise, but got a promo with American Airlines for Hertz so thought I’d give Hertz another try. They are catching-up to the kind of service I always expect from Enterprise, but with better pricing!
