Our Hertz rental car, Chrysler Pacifica was excellent for 4 people with a fair bit of luggage. It was spacious and well appointed and great for our road trip from Vancouver to Banff via Vancouver Island, Whistler and Icefield parkway. Highly recommended. 😃
Would've Given 0 stars if it was an option. I reserved a vehicle with Hertz Banff, pick up time was 2pm, when I arrived at 2pm the Hertz store was closed. I rang Hertz Banff multiple times and no answer. On my confirmation email the store hours are Mon-Sat 9am-3pm and my pick up time was for 2pm but there was no one there. I then rang Hertz Customer Service number and explained the situation, I was guaranteed a full refund in 2-3 business days on the amount I had paid for the vehicle as the store was closed and I wasn’t able... read more
