This location don’t need no stars I rented a vehicle from this place and returned my rental on may 30 my rental was not closed out until June 6 and charged my credit card over $300 and all the branch manager could tell me was to call customer service the cashier agent must of had 2 vehicles in her hand and got mixed up really like what am I suppose to do with that. Absolutely Awful Experience – Avoid at All Costs This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with a rental car company. We reserved a vehicle to pick up this evening, but due to severe weather delays out of Atlanta, our flight didn’t land at BWI until 1 a.m. Anticipating this, I proactively tried to contact the Hertz location directly. I called multiple times and waited on hold for over 15 minutes—twice. When someone finally picked up, they simply said, “Hello, this is Hertz” and immediately hung up.... read more
