We had to wait an hour for the vehicle we reserved months prior. And it wasn't just us.... There were around 10 other couples waiting for a reserved car as well. The only offer we received was a Kia Soul, which was a downgrade from our rental, but offered at the same price, "they can't change the rental price" we were told. When I walked into the parking garage they literally had one white Kia in the entire garage! Really easy process. Staff was great. I love my rental. Was there for insurance and they made it so simple.
made an online reservation just to be turned away at this location for not booking 24 hours in advance
