First off this place has horrible services.. and they also are charging for when cars aren't even in possession. I had a rental through my insurance on 4/8.. dropped the rental at Tesla collision as I was instructed and called them to let them know I dropped the vehicle off. This was 4/17. They told me to leave the car there and they will pick it up. Fast forward today on 5/5 I see a hold of $896 on my bank card from hertz claiming I didn't return the car till 4/26. I had an incredible experience at this Hertz location while my Tesla was being serviced. Branch Manager Treneishia Green went above and beyond from start to finish. When I called for a pickup, she didn't just wait for me; she actually went to two different locations (the service center and the nearby collision shop) to make sure she found me. Staffing and getting the car and returning it were okay. The car I got was gross. It was not cleaned on the inside. The interior windshield was grimy and look like it had never been cleaned. This created difficulty driving at night with glare. Left turn signal did not work. The parking back up lights did not work., the cup holder area and the door panel area for holding items and drinks look liked they had never been cleaned . Ever. customer service is terribly here and will put a large hold on your debit card
Came to pickup a scheduled car, waited over an hour to get while only one other customer was help. Two managers sat in the office and did nothing even when I requested assistance. Ordered a sedan ended up with a minivan, the last car they had available. Took all the time in the world to process my pickup. Do whatever you can to avoid Hertz and schedule a rental at Enterprise. A joke of a company and store.
