customer service is terribly here and will put a large hold on your debit card
Came to pickup a scheduled car, waited over an hour to get while only one other customer was help. Two managers sat in the office and did nothing even when I requested assistance. Ordered a sedan ended up with a minivan, the last car they had available. Took all the time in the world to process my pickup. Do whatever you can to avoid Hertz and schedule a rental at Enterprise. A joke of a company and store.
When you have no other options.
Stay away! They called me the morning of my reservation and said they would cancel it unless I paid for an upgrade, claiming they didn’t have the car I reserved—even though it was already confirmed. Bait-and-switch tactics and completely unacceptable customer service.
