I had a disappointing experience with this location. My insurance company made a reservation for me, and I arrived with the reservation number in hand. Before even checking it, the staff asked if I had called ahead. When I said I hadn’t, they informed me that for insurance reservations, you must call first so they can confirm availability. I was under the impression that a reservation made through insurance would guarantee a vehicle, especially since it’s often for urgent situations. The employees are really nice and professional, especially the manager Chris. He’s always very helpful. My car is always clean and ready when I pick up. I’d recommend this location versus other locations in St. Louis. I do notice that a lot of times customers come in very entitled because they are used to going to the airport location not realizing they can’t get the same benefits at the smaller locations that they can at the airport.. i’ve also witnessed customers coming in hours late for rentals and expecting them to still... read more
