This review is for Hertz itself - NOT this particular location. The pickup experience at this location was great, and the rep even offered us an upgrade to an SUV for the trip. The car came to us filthy, with the excuse of the nozzle on their hose being broken. No way to tell if this was true or not. On Sunday, when the location was closed, and 5 hours away, we experienced a flat tire. We didn't hit anything to cause the flat. We parked, went into a store, and came out to find the tire flat. Don’t let the other reviews deceive you, my first experience with Hertz went great. Chris was friendly and professional. Nice car with no issues. Will be using them from now on
They gave me the car dirty, than charge me $50 for a outside wash fee, even though it was like that when I picked up the car. I brought it back a day early with no refund on the remaining day I prepaid for. I highly recommend not coming here....
