Everything from pickup to drop-off went extremely smoothly. Chris at this location was extremely kind, quick, helpful and professional. Loved the rental vehicle we got, no issues ever with it! I will be using Hertz (this location, hopefully!) again if we ever require a rental again!
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! I could not recommend this place less! The staff is the rudest staff and worst customer service I have ever had. I rented a car for a road trip. The car we received smelled so bad. I mean the stench of weed and stale cigarettes was ridiculous. I walked inside and asked for a different car. That is when I was met with the rudest attitude and was then told by her that it’s “not my problem.” She even said that she charged the prior renters with a smoking fee and knew it was an issue. You may leave your vehicle in a designated parking space near the rental office. You also may return your rented vehicle to the same parking spot and drop the keys at the rental place. Well planned. Recommended.
Car had not been vacuumed or wiped down. Had animal hair and possibly vomit from an animal. They didn’t even look at the trunk or they would have noticed a problem. Had to wipe the car down myself to even drive it.
