Snapped my key in the ignition of my car thr day before my 6 year old daughters specialist appointment in tweed. She has been waiting for a year to be seen. Went straight online and tried to book a car and found the closest one was over an hour from home. Booked and paid in full as my daughter has only a short window of time left where her treatment will work. After she turns 7 it almost never has any benifit. Efficient pick up and drop off, thanks to knowledgeable staff. Allocated days had to be altered but not an issue. Overall very satisfied and would use them again.
NO problems here. STAFF were Great.
The girls in the team downtown are wonderful, great customer service, always there to help and give great advice when you need it. I don't care if a rental is slightly more expensive here than elsewhere as the customer service and experience bring me back every time. Thanks team for helping me over the last few months, you guys rock!
I thought organized ripoffs was over in this industry but apparently not. I rented from Hertz ballina and got charged $33 to put 5l of fuel in because it was allegedly not full. Despite the guage showing full! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY GO ELSEWHERE!
