Efficient pick up and drop off, thanks to knowledgeable staff. Allocated days had to be altered but not an issue. Overall very satisfied and would use them again.

The girls in the team downtown are wonderful, great customer service, always there to help and give great advice when you need it. I don't care if a rental is slightly more expensive here than elsewhere as the customer service and experience bring me back every time. Thanks team for helping me over the last few months, you guys rock!
I thought organized ripoffs was over in this industry but apparently not. I rented from Hertz ballina and got charged $33 to put 5l of fuel in because it was allegedly not full. Despite the guage showing full! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY GO ELSEWHERE!
