I was late for the bus after arriving at the airport, so I decided to book a rental car. Such a seamless experience. The lady at the counter was really nice and helpful. She took me to the parking area and showed me the car and its key features. The hybrid toyota camry was well-maintained. The process of returning the key and receiving bond refund was efficient. Awful experience with Hertz. We were given a “Chery” Omoda car with a flat tire… did no one inspect the car before lending it out? The car had front-facing infant seat, despite confirming multiple times that we needed a rear-facing one for our baby. After waiting far too long for someone to address the issue, we finally got a new car… the car seat was improperly installed, and my husband had to reinstall it himself.
