This place sucks. The tall guy that works there. Is a number one A H. He makes the place not worth going to. Very rude. Advice. Eat something other then your. Not a nice person to deal with.

Third time I do business with Hertz at the Aurora location and been happy with. They went as far to give me the rental the day prior with no further charges to make my trip easier. Thank you.

If you need anything while you have your rental just go in person to the location. Their phone system is, for some reason designed to NEVER let you talk to a person at the store. I waited on hold for 25 mins, and finally thought I got a person, but it was just an AI bot. They transferred me to a person who said “oh it sounds like you need to talk to someone at the location I’ll transfer you” they transferred me back to the BEGINNING OF THE PHONE TREE. Brittany Ware—Branch Manager of this location. She deserves a raise! I really enjoyed her personality. It was my first time renting a car and I was running 5 minutes late. When I arrived, Brittany was still very kind to me and treated me with respect. I was having the worst day before and her kindness and bubbly personality really lifted my spirits. She explained the whole car rental process to me and I went on my way. I appreciated it and I wanted to write a rave review about it.
