Brittany Ware the manger @ hertz location In Aurora, CO 80012 was very professional and helpful when we found out hertz charged us taxes twice once online and at the office she did a price match and got us back to the initial price I have been using that location over 13 years moved to California and when I come back I use them every time and they always make things easier. I’ve rented from this location a number of times since September, as I often drive to visit my son in Kansas while he goes to college. On Wednesday I attempted to rent from this location again so we could move him home for the summer. The manager Brittney is who I usually deal with, but on Wednesday she was not there. Immediately when I walked in the vibe was weird, and the two other customers seemed not happy.
