Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. This location appears to be operating contrary to the company's stated policies. I was informed that they would not accept a temporary driver's license because they are "trying to prevent fraud" in the region, despite the company's website explicitly stating that temporary licenses are accepted. We rented car from Hertz. Brittany was the representative that helped us and she was professional throughout, very helpful and educated us on insurance and cost differential between airport fairs and local fairs. System added airport fee when we rented online but she corrected it. She was great customer service and easy to talk to. Thanks Brittany. You made pick up and drop off experience easy to do business with Hertz. Thank you!
Brittany was absolutely amazing to work with and she went above and beyond to help me with a rental car during an extremely stressful time where my car has to be in the shop for 4-6 months. Everyone in there was so empathetic and they honestly took a load off my shoulders with their willingness to help. Due to their customer service, I booked another rental car with Hertz for an upcoming trip I have out of state and they will definitely be getting more business from me in the future.
Brittany is the GOAT. She was able to help me with all my questions and got me the help i needed right away. I called about swapping a car in peak season, Brittany had the answer along with the short cut to get me to the right person. 2nd time in the clutch, I needed to add insurance to my rental and on limited time. Again, Brittany to the rescue and got me to my destination 6 minutes early. Customer service is not lost with Brittany. Superb!!
I have been renting vehicles, at The Havana location, in Aurora, for several years... BEST RENTAL EXPERIENCE, EVER!! Best Service, best price$, and everyone is super friendly, and helpful. Above, and beyond- every time!!!
