I rented a 4wd vehicle for a trip to Boston during this latest snowstorm and my customer service was top tier! Emily called me on Friday, knowing my reservation was for Monday which was the day the storm was going to hit. She offerred for me to pick up my vehicle on Friday at no additional charge to make sure I was able to have the rental for the time needed.
