I arrived to pick up my reservation and the sign on the door said that the clerk was delivering to dealerships and would be back in 10-20 minutes. I left for half an hour and returned to your employee locking the door and leaving again. He walked away without a word, left in a vehicle, and responded to no texts or calls.
