I've rented a car here 3 years in a row, now, for an annual road trip, and it's always been a very positive experience. The customer service has been great-- the staff is helpful, friendly, and they're willing to go that extra mile to make things work out smoothly. The rental cars I've had have always been reliable, clean, comfortable and a good match for my needs. Very terrible customer service. Tried to book me a defective and unclean car. And I was trying to use my President status for the first time. Asked a few times when it will be available and was told to stop harassing her. She threatened to call the police and I said to call them and I’ll complain of her rude, unprofessional behavior. The manager finally came out and voided the contract and provided a receipt because she won’t. Avoid this place at all cost!
The people and the process were great. I got a vehicle that was dirty but also got there just before closing. I washed and detailed the vehicle myself. Thank you for the help.
