Excellent service and genuine customer care! My spouse and I visited for a rental, and we were truly impressed with the experience. Kelsey made the process smooth from start to finish, patiently answered all our questions, and made us feel valued as customers. Her professionalism, friendliness, and solution-focused attitude provided a very comfortable experience. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a car — employees who care this much are rare to find nowadays.

Worst location ever, we have rented a car for one week from this location and after my wife went to drop off the car with our 2 kids in the back, they refused to give my wife a ride to the shop where our personal car was located, which is 1 mile away from Hertz. They pretended that they can not do that because my wife left by mistake the booster seats at home while cleaning the car. Really guys? 700$ dollars rental price for one week and you could not even give us a ride.

I've rented a car here 3 years in a row, now, for an annual road trip, and it's always been a very positive experience. The customer service has been great-- the staff is helpful, friendly, and they're willing to go that extra mile to make things work out smoothly. The rental cars I've had have always been reliable, clean, comfortable and a good match for my needs. Because this is a small office, it can get busy at time, especially in the mornings, but for me, that's never impacted the quality of their service at all. Ive ju... read more
