Quick and easy pickup and return. Car was clean inside and out. Perfect rental experience!
This was the easiest car rental experience I've ever had. I arrived at the counter and within 60 seconds I had my keys. It was easy to find the car and drive off. The return was also easy - clearly placed signs with instructions for after-hours return.
They answered the phone so that’s 1 more star than Avis. They said they price match, then I emailed my bill from Avis and they said oh we can’t do that, and proceeded to quote me $60 above my bill from Avis for the same size vehicle same dates. I will never rent from Hertz due to their flat out lies. Don’t be a shady company! If you are offering rate matching then rate match. Don’t bait and switch. Gross
Great experience with this car rental. I made my reservation online, and the pickup process was quick and easy. The person at the desk was friendly and very helpful. Returning the car was also simple and efficient. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.
