Been gold for decades and now presidenal. Reserved car in advance by weeks. After waiting on line (only 2 before me)... told 30 minutes to get car. No line but horrible how slow. National car had line of 20+ but assume they were warned about how horrible/terrible hertz is here. One guy was waiting for hour for hertz. Someone at hertz needs to be FIRED since If you look at historic reviews this horrible customer service has been well documented. Hertz response is pure lip service... I call it lying!!!
