I came to this location because of terrible service at an other location, but similar experience here as well. Looking at Google reviews, I suppose it's a company wide issue. Will start going somewhere else.
This is not a Hertz location. The cars are located at the Pearland location.
Think twice before using Hertz, this location does not value customers.
Customer Service HORRIBLE.....Then we paid in full before we left now steady seeing charges. Please run or use a different rental. I should have look at reviews prior now I see why they were rated with a 1 star. Car was dirty inside when pick up. Then had the nerve to say car dirty it was like that when we pick up. Then you hold infinite but I will report to my bank ASASP FRAUDULENT CHARLES
