My mother rented her car through them when she had wrecked her car. They got the car back cleaned and with gas...they are trying to charge her more swearing it smells like smoke. She never once smoked in that car but it's extra money in their pockets. I would highly advise not renting from them, they will continuously charge as they have with my mother and add extra fees even when they are not valid. Will never rent from them and will advise everyone I know the same!
They charged more than they were supposed to and said they could smell smoke in the car when no one had smoked in the car and are trying to charge an extra 400 for that. They are the worst car rental place and I would never get a rental from them again. The insurance company sent us there while the car was getting fixed they were taking money daily and it came to 700$ but when we go to return the car they said 1048$ and then are trying to charge the extra 400$. 8 days before Christmas they screwed us.

My rental car experience was very good. From price, the actual car that i received, to the ease of completing the transaction, it was all just great! No problems, no surprises, and polite reps. I will be using their services again! Thank you!
