Charged me for fuel even though it was returned full.
Alert alert: do NOT use this place!! It’s a shabby run down auto parts store with little inventory that just happens to offer a couple rental cars under the Hertz name. The cars offered are filthy. The customer service representative has no training and is of little help, presenting incorrect information regarding rental policy. The convenience is not worth dealing with the incompetence. Rented a car for 8 days. When I picked it up there was no explanation of features. Or how to work things. I’m in western NY and weather is bad with salt and dirt. NO wiper fluid! The tire pressure was low the whole time. And just poor customer service. Do not use this place.
If I could rate them a negative I would. Had an accident and needed a rental car through insurance. Told my husband to come at 11 am the next day. We came an hour drive mind you, for them to be rude and tell my husband no car. They spoke down to us and were very rude. The man who was on the call yesterday, told my husband that whoever he talked to should have told him that regular rentals trump insurance rentals. Never even received a confirmation email to know if my rental was booked & now still receiving toll & plate charges over a month after my trip, will never use them again
