I will really hate Hertz for my past experience, but people who work here are really nice. Hertz deserves -1,000 stars, but these people treat customers right just at this branch.

This is probably my favorite car rental spot. It's substantially more personable than the airport locations, and it's easy to use. Weekdays are quicker than the Saturday morning, but I've never had an issue here. Probably rented a car from these folks like... 20 times at this point.
Needed a rental car at the last minute for a day due to my car breaking down. The gentlemen in the office we friendly and showed an interest in helping me resolve my problem. They quickly got me into a car and out the door without any additional pushy sales tactics. I only wish that I had gotten their names so that I could post them.
