The team at Hertz on Laurel Duncan Road in Apex truly went above and beyond with the service they provided. The employees were outstanding — professional, friendly, and made the whole rental process smooth and easy. Highly recommend them!
Over the past year, I’ve probably rented a car 15+ times for both personal and business use. And whenever I rent locally, I always go with this Hertz location. First off, the staff is super friendly, polite, and attentive - they always listen and try to accommodate what you need. Second, the cars are always clean. I’ve even gotten a few upgrades here and there, probably because they recognize me by now. Overall, nothing but positive experiences with this location. Great team - definitely recommend.
I would suggest finding another place to rent a car. I needed a rental for two days while waiting for my new car to be available. The pole star EV car that they sent me out in was absolutely filthy inside and out, the steering wheel was sticky, and many of the surfaces were stained. The car looked like it had been on a cross country adventure.
