If I can give this place zero stars I would! Horrible customer service!! They will leave you on hold until you hang up! Go to another car rental service! DO NOT GO HERE! Zero stars worst experience ever! I’m so disgusted with the people who work here the lady who works here hates her life she is the one that radiates misery. Don’t bother being nice to this women she will speak to you like your stupid anyways

Had reservation for a rental car at Hertz. Their instructions tell you to call an hour before and let them know what time to pick you up. I called and was told that the auto body shop would call them once I was check in. Waited almost 30 minutes for a pick up ( took less than 10 minutes to get there). Once I got there, there was no one at the reception desk. Had to wait about 5 minutes before someone came out. She advised that she would be with me after she finished with the customer waiting. The Customer service is horrible, very poor. 1 star is to much for this place. The black women attitude is nasty. You can't ask any question, they aspect you to know your own question. It seems like Hertz hired these women right off the street. Hertz is not a bad rental company but they really need to shut this place down until hiring more respectful, intelligent people. All the other bad reviews on Maps and Yelp is very true.

Usually I do not write reviews but today’s customer service was greatly appreciated. I was assisted by manager dimitri ( unsure if it’s spelled correctly) and I received the best and most efficient customer service. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Totally recommend!!
