I’ve rented from here several times, both for personal use and an insurance claim, and continue to be happy with Hertz’s fast and friendly service. Rental companies I’ve used in the past have had vehicles end up unavailable or arrive many hours past my reservation time, but not Hertz. Pick-up and drop-off are both extremely quick with no unanticipated lengthy wait times and the vehicles are always clean with no funky odors. I’ve used Hertz many times and have always had a good experience. The staff are professional and focused on their job. The cars are always in good condition, pickup is easy, and everything goes smoothly. I’ve never had any issues and will continue renting from them.
