This is my first time renting a car, and the whole process is smooth. I got treated with patience. And I got an upgrade of the car that I got.
My husband just rented a car. They finagle you into getting their coverage without fully explaining anything properly. We could’ve added our own insurance to save $200. Don’t bother turning it in early, you don’t get any money back. The car was filthy. Handprints all over the back windows and crumbs everywhere. The car was not worth the rental amount. It shook when it idled and made weird noises when the air turned on. Go to Enterprise down the street instead! Hertz wasn’t worth the discount.
