I select the wrong date when I rented the car. Totally my fault. They were extremely nice and accommodating fixing my situation. They were fantastic.
Varsity Ford had arranged a rental car through Hertz (Sheraton) while they were performing a recall repair on my own car. An incident occurred when I was driving the rental vehicle on the highway - a hawk flew into the front windshield and shattered a large area of the windshield, knocking the rearview mirror down! I was unhurt, but I needed a replacement rental car. I called Moe at Hertz, and at first he didn't think he had another car available for me.
