Tried to rent a car from this location. Their stupid app says you can't rent from there because they don't take returned vehicles. Hertz has the most pathetic online system. If you try to use the website, you can't get beyond the point of selecting pickup and return dates--never was able to search vehicles.
This branch is closed.
The office at this location is closed due to a staff shortage. They did not inform me beforehand, even though I received a confirmation email 24 hours before my reservation. I ultimately had to go to Urbandale to get a car.
