The office at this location is closed due to a staff shortage. They did not inform me beforehand, even though I received a confirmation email 24 hours before my reservation. I ultimately had to go to Urbandale to get a car.
Would love to give 0 because like many other reviews this place is a fraud, and the manager is of no help even when admitting to their error of improper training of employees. Long story- short my insurance was paying for rental due to a accident well I called them to find out the exact date that I had to have my rental back because I was going to be out of town when I thought that my car needed to be back so I was either a going to turn it in prior to me leaving or the day that I came back. Awesome place! I plan on renting from them in the future!!
Terrible place to rent a car.. the business is a mess, nobody knows what's going on. The employee look like they just woke up and sobered up. The vehicle I picked up had no gas, was dirty on the inside and out. I would definitely look around before renting from this place... very disappointing!
