Do not rent from these jokers not only did they not have my reservation in their system which I made through their website, they also do not disclose which locations require full coverage insurance anywhere on their website so when I arrived to pickup my vehicle they not only did not have me in the system but wouldn’t even let me rent from there even if you but their insurance for your car. Save your time and money and go somewhere else
They had no flights for two days but would not let me transfer the car to the nearest airport. Also had zero options to get from one to the other. They charge you for everything they can but have the worst customer service when they fall short
Terrible place, takes your money for a deposit and will not give it back. Stay far away, try Enterprise or litterly anywhere else!
Unreal. I made a reservation for Nov 11th, and even asked if the holiday would affect the reservation…. I was assured that it would not. Here we are, Monday AM and the place is closed.
