I left some laundry in a basket in the boot. Went back the next day and it was gone, they didn't hold it for me or try and contact me. Surely, people leave things in cars and hotel rooms. Dosnt give you the right to steal or bin them.
First of all the woman at the counter in Alice Springs was nice and polite and helped with all our questions and we got our car very quickly. My big problem here was there way of doing their price-policy in Alice Springs. We rented a car ONE-WAY: pick-up Alice springs, drop-off Ayers Rock. I do understand that they need the charge you a one-way fee, which makes the car already quite expenisve, but we were alright with that.
