Booked specifically for a Tesla and when I got to the counter they told me they didn’t have any available. Judging by low rating of this place I have to say I’m not surprised.
Worst customer service experience ever. Do not rent from this location. They are only after your money.
AVOID HERTZ AT ALL COSTS — Especially the Edsall Road Location!I cannot stress this enough: Do NOT rent from Hertz, and absolutely steer clear of the disaster that is their Edsall Road branch. I made a reservation for a full-size SUV over a MONTH in advance — not a walk-in, not a last-minute request — to accommodate my family and our luggage for a week-long vacation.
