Rented from this Hertz location during my vacation to the DC area using my AAA discount—super smooth experience! I booked a Jeep category and ended up with a comfortable RAV4. The staff was friendly and polite, offering insurance without any pressure (I used my credit card coverage), and I was able to extend the rental through the app without any hassle. Great service all around—would definitely rent from here again!
