When I had to hire a vehicle because my car didn’t get delivered in time, and there was a hiccup with one of the cars, they sorted me out. Super grateful- well done.
My Daughter and I were in Albury on Wednesday and couldn’t get home due to the Telstra - V line outage. As we needed to be home we got in touch with Hertz Albury and rented a car. The service ( at very short notice ) was fantastic . We then drove down to Geelong Hertz to return the car and were running late due to roadworks & heavy traffic. Always great service! The whole team is always friendly and happy to help out. Taxi didn’t turn up and Angus offered to drive me to railway station. That’s excellent customer service
Pretty Straight forward. Used the truck to move house was very convenient, truck was easy to drive and the rear Lifter was a back saver.
