Poor customer service!!!!! I booked a rental online then was told when I got there that I wasn't a priority so they couldn't help me! Never use this company again!!!
We had a reservation set and went to pick it up our vehicle only to be told “sorry we have no vehicles available” Excuse me!! I have it reserved!! The lack of care, concern, god forbid any empathy is absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER experienced!! The “manager” Emily flat out refused to do anything to help us out! REFUSED! Very rude staff by the name of Sarah at the San Mateo location. Had to talk to Chelsea who was very polite and tried to escalate the situation. Ralph should be brought back, walked in when Sarah was on the phone with a customer and she was absolutely unprofessional. Sarah needs to be fired. For years I have rented from hertz on San Mateo location but not anymore as of today.
This is the 3rd time they overcharge me over $500! I returned the vehicle on time, with a full tank of gas, no damage and they still overcharged me. This is so unprofessional and irritating. I had enough, no more Hertz. No wonder they have such bad reviews. A complete joke.
The ladies in here are always super helpful and honest, wouldn’t go anywhere else for a car
