Dishonest management staff. Put full tank in rental agreement and only gave me the car at 3/4. Brought it to their attention and did not fix it. Referred me to 1-800 number. Typical people not doing their job.
Hertz is a terrible company that has had numerous innocent people arrested. There is a class action lawsuit involving hundreds of people who sat in jail, some for months who did nothing wrong. DO NOT rent from Hertz or any of it's subsidiaries.
Love these guys. Always friendly, always helpful, always attentive.
When I tell you these people are the best they are simply the best. I really appreciated the brother and sis who helped me. They were very cordial and I couldn’t have gotten a better service. Thank you!
